- Warranty Coverage
All fridges sold come with a 3-month limited warranty covering mechanical and electrical faults under normal usage conditions. - Fault Notification
Any faults or issues must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence. Failure to report a fault within this timeframe may void the warranty, as delays could contribute to further damage of the appliance. - Service and Repairs
- For products sold outside a 100-mile radius from our location, the buyer is responsible for returning the unit to us for any repairs.
- All associated carriage or transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Returns Policy
No returns are accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final. - Retailer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the retailer to ensure the contents of their fridge or freezer are adequately insured. - Liability for Loss
We do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss or product loss, including but not limited to loss of stock, revenue, or business interruption. - Ownership of Goods
All goods supplied remain the property of Ocean Refrigeration until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to reclaim any goods if payment is not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Discounts and Amendments
Any discount applied due to a subsequent transaction or bulk purchase is conditional. If the original sale is amended in any way, Ocean Refrigeration reserves the right to withdraw or adjust the discount accordingly.
